SAFE & CLEAN
In the difficult times in which we find ourselves, due to THE COVID-19 it is necessary to adapt to a new reality to new procedures, so the Aparthotel Imperatriz will carry out and adopt new security measures for employees and guests:
- Access to the establishment is prohibited to all individuals with symptoms (cough, runny nose, fever and difficulty breathing) or have epidemiological criteria (in the 14 days prior to the appearance of symptoms), namely, history of travel or residence in areas with active community transmission or contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19. This measure applies to customers, company employees and suppliers;
- Access to the establishment is conditional on the company's employees or customers as long as authorized;
- Use of Room 105 (Reduced Mobility Room) for suspected cases of COVID-19;
- Maintain at least a safety distance of 2m in relation to other individuals at reception and other common areas;
- Check-in is performed individually;
- In case of Groups, check-in is done in advance "online";
- The rooms are only available 24 hours after the guest's departure, as they will be desinfected;
- Use of Mask and other PPE;
- Use of dispensers available on each floor and in the park;
- Access to elevators is conditioned to 2 people;
- It is mandatory to use antiseptic solution of alcoholic base (SABA) when entering the company's premises, or in option, wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds;
- Avoid unnecessarily circulating in corridors;
- Kit of material and equipment, individual for each worker, (whenever possible);
- In the impossibility of the previous point, they must not share materials, without prior disinfection of them;
- If you have to do so, wash your hands with soap and water after using the materials;
- Disinfect your workstation (mouse, keyboard, machine handles and other equipment, etc.) as well as objects and surfaces that are most handled (e.g. door handles, switches, taps, etc.) in the middle of the working period and at the end of the work period. Cleaning of surfaces should be carried out with detergent, followed by disinfectant;
- Cleaning and disinfection of rooms with specific products;
- Change the clothes of the rooms made without shaking or shaking, winding it in the direction from the inside out, without touching the body and transporting it to the laundry;
- Separate washing of the clothes of the rooms and uniforms. Washing done at high temperatures (60ºC);
- Use single-use, different and exclusive cleaning cloths for the bedroom area and bathrooms
- Disinfect common areas (elevators, bathrooms, multipurpose room, stairs and other surrounding areas);
- Disinfection of the pool and the entire surrounding area;
- Wash hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds;
- Avoid touching the face with your hands. If you do this, wash your hands;
- Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough with a handkerchief and then put it in the trash. Waste container with non-manual opening and plastic bag (with thickness of 50 or 70 micron);
- If this is not possible, cover the mouth with the elbow fold.
